Terms and Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all programmes booked with YouTrain unless alternative Terms and Conditions have been agreed in writing.
- All course fees include training manuals and documentation, one sit of each exam and refreshments where applicable.
- A deposit of 10% of the total cost is required to secure a place and must be received within 7 days of receipt of the course booking form.
- Payment of the full course fee inclusive of VAT on the first day of the course is essential. Please make cheques payable to YouTrain Ltd.
- If a cancellation is made within 30 working days of the course commencement date, no refund of deposit will be given. All cancellations must be in writing.
- While YouTrain will make all reasonable endeavours to ensure any Training Course for which bookings have been accepted is not cancelled we reserve the right to cancel, change or re-schedule any course without prior notice. However, in the event in which it becomes necessary for YouTrain to cancel a course, irrespective of the amount of warning given attendees will be offered alternative bookings. In the event that this, for any reason, should prove unacceptable, then YouTrain will refund the cost of the booking in full.
